With more than 14 years of experience in the Solar Industry, he has a proven track record in driving Organisational growth in India and Abroad, spearheading Strategic Sales and BU Operations at regional and country levels. Is a professional with futuristic perspective who always strives to acquire new competencies for the business.Prior to joining Super Sun Solar, he was the General Manager Sales and worked in various leadership roles for companies like Applied Materials, Centrotherm Ag & Trina Solar. At Super Sun Solar, he leads Operations , Supply Chain Management along with Market Strategy and is based out of Delhi NCR.Has worked on developing Strategies for business modules for delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within highly competitive markets.Mr. Dev, with his exceptional communication amalgamated with a consultative sales style, is a strong negotiator, exceptional problem solver, and has a sharp client needs assessment aptitude. He possesses the rare combination of being able to come up with innovative ideas and strategies & quickly implementing them with distinguishable efficiency.
